Abstract

Decentralized crowdfunding has emerged as an alternative financial mechanism capable of reducing dependence on traditional intermediaries while improving accessibility, transparency, and global participation. However, existing decentralized crowdfunding platforms face critical challenges related to trust management, fraud prevention, intelligent decision-making, transaction scalability, and governance efficiency. This research proposes a Hybrid Blockchain–Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architecture for Secure and Transparent Decentralized Crowdfunding that integrates blockchain-based trust infrastructure with AI-driven analytical intelligence. The proposed framework combines immutable transaction recording, smart contract-based fund governance, predictive analytics, contributor behavior modeling, and automated risk assessment to enhance crowdfunding reliability. The methodology develops a layered architecture consisting of blockchain security, AI decision intelligence, decentralized governance, and operational orchestration components. The research synthesizes existing developments in cloud orchestration, financial AI workflows, workload optimization, and secure intelligent systems to establish a conceptual model for decentralized financial ecosystems. Findings indicate that integrating AI with blockchain can improve campaign credibility assessment, fraud detection, resource allocation, and transparency mechanisms. The study contributes a comprehensive architectural approach for next-generation crowdfunding platforms while identifying limitations related to computational complexity, data availability, and regulatory adaptation.
